My daughter, Katrina, arrives tomorrow night. She has spent 9 months in Geraldine, New Zealand and now she is coming home. Katrina is like a whirlwind...I know she won't just come home...she'll blow in sweeping us all off our feet...after all, she is Katrina!
I can't wait to hear about her time in New Zealand. I can't wait to hug her and sit next to her listening to every thing she has to say. Can you tell I'm excited?!
I am sure you are happy and excited :)) NZ is so far. Take her pictures and post them. NZ is really pretty.
ReplyDeleteI'll see if she has brought back some good pictures- and if so- I will post them...in fact, better yet- I'll get her to do a guest post for me with pictures attached :)
ReplyDeleteA guest post will be awesome.
ReplyDeleteDid she go to North Island, South Island or have the time to visit both of them? I spent a week on North Island six years ago and am dying to make it back there. Cape Reinga and the town of Keri-Keri were two of my favorite stops. It was a whirlwind week and definitely not enough time! An amazing place.
ReplyDelete@ Peter She was in the South Island- but she was able to visit the North Island. She actually spent almost 9 months in Geraldine and explored the entire South Island while she was there.
ReplyDeleteIf you go back- make sure you blog about it :)
how was her home-coming? :)
ReplyDelete@ limenlemons- it was fantastic- she is now engaged and soon to be married on August 20th- so indeed it has been like a whirlwind has blown through our lives.
